मैमोरी ( MEMORY ) :-
यह Computer की Strong until है । यह computer का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होता है । इसमें हम Data program आदि को स्टोर करके रख सकते हैं । इसको नापने की साईज के आधार पर कई यूनिट है ।
जैसे :-Bite,kb , mb , GB and TB इसमें सबसे छोटी unit Bite एवं सबसे बड़ी Unit TB होती है ।
It is a storage unit of a computer. It is an important part of computer. In this, we can store data programs etc. There are many units depending on its size. Like bytes, kilobytes, megabytes, gigabytes and terabytes, it has the smallest unit byte and the largest unit terabyte.
मैमोरी दो प्रकार की होती है ।
There are two types of memory
1 . Primary Memory
2 . Secondary Memory
Primery Memory :-इस मैमोरी को Main Memory भी कहा जाता है ।
A . RAM
B . ROM
RAM ( RandamAccess Memory ) | इसका पूरा नाम
Randam Access Memory है । इसकी निम्मन विशेषताएँ होती है । इसको कम्प्यूटर की प्रमुख मैमोरी कहा जाता है । यह अस्थाई Memory होती है । डाटा कम्प्यूटर बंद होने पर Delete हो जाता है । जिसको पुनः प्राप्त नहीं किया जा सकता है । यह Volatile Memory कहलाती है । यह एक Semiconditor or Flip Flop से मिलकर बनी Memory होती है ।
Ram ka full name is Randam Access Memory. It has low characteristics. It is called the main memory of computer. This is temporary memory. Data gets deleted when the computer is turned off. Which cannot be retrieved. This is called Volatile Memory. It is a memory consisting of a Semiconditor or Flip Flop
Ex:- SRAM , DRAM , SD RAM etc .
SRAM : इसका Full नाम Static Random Access Memory है ।
यह Flip Flop से मिलकर बनी होती है । इसलिए यह कम Refresh होती है ।
It consists of Flip Flop. Therefore it is less refresh.
DRAM : इसका Full नाम Dynamic Random Access Memory है ।
यह मैमोरी जल्दी - जल्दी रिफ्रेश होती है । Refresh का मतलब Electronic Charge or Discharge से होता है । यह एक सैकण्ड में हजारों बार रिफ्रेश होती है । अतः इसकी गति Slow होती है । यह अन्य RAM की अपेक्षा सस्ती होती है ।
This memory refreshes frequently. Refresh stands for Electronic Charge or Discharge. It refreshes thousands of times in a second. Hence its speed is slow. It is cheaper than other RAM.
SD RAM : इसका पूरा नाम Synchoronous Dyanamic Random Access Memory है । V RAM : इसका पूरान नाम Volatile Random Access Memory है । ये Network Device की हार्ड डिस्क के रूप में इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं। यह एक महंगी स्मृति हैl
Its full name is Volatile Random Access Memory. This RAM is used as a hard disk in network devices. It is an expensive memory.
ROM ( Read Only Memory ) :-
ROM का पूरा नाम Read Only Memory है । यह आ Computer की Primary Memory होती है । यह स्थाई Memory होती है । इसमें Computer को स्टार्ट करने वाले प्राथमिक एवं सेटिंग होती है ।
name is Read Only Memory. This is the primary memory of the computer. This is permanent memory. It consists of primary and settings that start the computer
यह Three type की होती है ।
1 . PROM
2 . EPROM
3 . EEPROM
1 . PROM : इसका पूरा नाम Programble Read Only Memory है । इस चिप में एक बार program स्टोर किया जा सकता था । यदि program में त्रुटि (Error) होनें पर उसमें कोई सुधार Not किया जा सकता है ।
The program could be stored once in this chip. If there is an error in the program, it cannot be improved
2 . EPROM : इसका पूरा नाम Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory है । इस चिप में स्टोर program में सुधार किया जा सकता था । चिप में सुधार करने के लिए चिप को बोर्ड से निकाल कर पैराबैंगनी ( Ultravolet ) के सामने रखा जाता था ।
The program could be stored once in this chip. If there is an error in the program, it cannot be improved
3 . EEPROM : इसका पूरा नाम Electrically Erasble Programmble Read Only Memory है । इस चिप में EPROM की समस्या को दूर किया है । इस चिप में स्टोर program एंव डाटा में सुधार करने के लिए विद्युत का प्रयोग किया गया था । आजकल के मदरबोर्ड में इसी रोम का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है ।This chip has overcome the problem of EPROM. This chip used electricity to improve store programs and data. This ROM is being used in today's motherboards.
